This is why I love Molly- instead of getting big group of people together to go to a mid-west chain restaurant bar (because that's all there is here), she decided to get some of us together to celebrate the big 3-0 with a fabulous breakfast at Bob Evans. And she was all about it.
Molly, like me, is from Ohio. I had no idea that Bob Evans was just a mid-west thing. There was a few of us from Ohio and Michigan that were totally at home at Bob Evans, and then a few that might have gone crazy over things like apple cinnamon pancakes with whipped cream and caramel. And apple pie sticks. They looked like mozzarella sticks, which kind of messed with your mind when you ate them and they were fruity.
