Doing the Jig

Maybe too much information, but I just jogged down the hallway of my hotel (in Cleveland!) to ask the housekeeper for a pen, and I felt my backside jiggling around. What is THAT??!! I have never felt that before! I might have to go jiggle myself onto a treadmill.
